When You Are Reading:
- Maintain A Distance of 30 Centimeters between Book and your eyes!
- Sit upright. Don't read without proper lighting.
- Don't read in moving chair. It largely effects the eyes.
When you are Watching TV:
- Maintain a distance of 3 Meters between your eyes and Television.
- Don't watch TV without proper lighting. If Possible, put a tube light behind the TV.
- Sit right and Don't sit in various ways.
When you are using Computer:
- Use Yantigler Screen on your Moniter/Display of your Laptop.
- Give a rest of 5 Minutes for every one hour.
- Don't concentrate on Middle of the Moniter.
- Don't watch moniter actively. Close and open Palpebrium continuously.
When you are in Driving:
- Use Sun glases.
- Use Anti-gler glasses in night journeys.
